| Five vibrant women were welcomed as CSJ associates
on Monday evening, October 19th, 2009, at the associate general meeting held in the
chapel in LaGrange Park. They are Jeannette T. Barczak, Edie Emmenegger, Grace Skalski, Erin
Makowski and Anne Schneider Blazejak.
Touched by the sisters’ charism on many levels, from
attending schools run by the sisters, singing in a choir directed by a sister,
to attending a Christ in the Wilderness retreat, they are dedicated to the
mission of the sisters of the Congregation.
With vast life experiences, each woman brings a
wealth of knowledge and fortitude to help the sisters connect with the dear neighbor in both local and global
neighborhoods.
